- Everyone now manages risk the same way, and the client’s own staff run it day to day.
A workforce plan ready for Government approval
- Challenge
- The client needed a new organisation to deliver and run a major capability, and its staff and users had to be ready for the change.
- What we did
- Designed the organisation, defined each role and the training it needed, and developed the workforce plan, working closely with the client’s central workforce team.
- Outcome
- The workforce plan was approved as part of the funding submission, and the new design was built into the client’s plans.
